This once elegant palazzo, located in the center of Collzzone Italy, a beautiful village with a history dating back to the Roman Age, is in the heart of Umbria, overlooking the Tiber Valley. The structure dating back to the 17th century was constructed of stone with floors of wood.

The palazzetta, as it is known in Italian, is only steps from the principal Piazza of the village near the stunning medieval Church of San Lorenzo (see photo). Today the town of Collazzone has a population of 3000 and covers an area of 55 sq. km. It is 30 kilometers from Perugia, 40 from Assisi and 20 from Todi. The village and surrounding areas in Umbria are especially popular for tourists because of the beautiful scenery, olive groves and quaint towns and villages.

The building’s exterior walls and roof have been recently renovated. Architectural plans for the interior development and construction of a 6-room boutique hotel, lobby and restaurant are included.

The main level opens out to the Piazza with the true character of a quaint restaurant for local cuisine. The area’s architectural plans are for 40 seats, a kitchen, a service area and a lobby for guests’ arrival.

The first floor design (above the main level ) is for two apartments – 35.13 meters square and 42.56 meters square. The second floor, three apartments – 27.43 meters square, 27.24 meters square and 42.56 meters square. The third floor design includes a large 82.62 square meter apartment.

This historic palazzo is offered for a sales price of € 500,000 and the € 200,000 fund is available to the buyer by the regional government.
